Q: Hi, i would to ask why, when compared to this tour code 2-113, this tour's hotel accommodation is nearer to where most of the action takes place, ie. the area around Treasure Island, Flamingo, Caesar's Palace hotels? However for 2-113, the locations of the Stratosphere and its alternative are quite far away. Please advise.

If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.
If you book the departure flight for 9:15pm, it is possible that you may make it for the flight, but we are not able to guarantee that. We usually return to Los Angeles around 7:00pm to 7:30pm. However, it is dependant upon traffic and weather conditions.

There are no tours that go to both rims. You can take a different rim tours on 2 separate days from Las Vegas if you have enough time.

You may not use outside tickets for the admission fees.
The $69 pays for, admission fee into West Grand Canyon, tram system used throughout the west Grand canyon, Indian Reservation Entry fee, and Buffet lunch at the west Grand canyon visitor's center.
If you bring another pass onto the tour, you will still have to pay for the $69 because your 3rd party pass will not be compatible with the tour's schedule.

Q: Hi. Thanks for your prompt reply. Do we need to book the hotel separately from the tour or can we do them in one go and where do we indicate that our tour will commence later? The USD30 service fee is for the transfer for the entire group? No other charges? Pls advise if we need to tip the driver and tour guide who will be sending us to the hotel from the airport pre-tour day (20 Nov 2011). You can do the hotel extensions in one go, or separately. The 30 service fee will for the entire group and service fees will be payable to the escort. The service fees will be payable for each day on the tour.

We highly recommend you to call us and speak with one of our representatives to confirm the Vegas departure for August 17 before booking. Las Vegas departure is not available for all tour dates and must be reconfirmed if the departure is available for your particular departure date.

Will you be able to provide complimentary LAX transfer to the hotel in Anaheim on the 20 Nov 2011? We will be booking Howard Johnson Fullerton on our own. Additional, can we have our Anaheim hotel to be Howard Johnson or must it be Holiday Inn? On our free day in LV, i believe we do not need to pay tips to the driver and tour guide. We can only provide complimentary airport transfer on Day 1 of the tour. If you wish to book your own hotel pre-tour extension, you will need to make your own way from LAX airport to the Howard Johnson hotel.
If you book the pre-tour hotel extension with us, we can adjust your airport transfer to one day prior with an additional $30 service fee for this request.
Please note that you can book either the Holiday Inn La Mirada or Howard Johnson Anaheim as your pre-tour hotel extension. We simply recommend the Holiday Inn La Mirada for your hotel extension, as that is the primary hotel offered for this tour.
If your free day does not involve the use of the tour guide or bus driver, you are not required to pay the service fee for that day only.
The service fee of $6 per day per passenger to both the tour guide and bus driver. (i.e. 10 days tour x $6 service fee per day x 2 passengers = $120.00 total payable in cash to the tour guide and bus driver.
